Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate. Utility trailers are not to be in public view either in the street or on private property. Recreational vehicles/trailers such as RVs, Boat Trailers, Jet Ski Trailers, BBQ Pits, and trailers with other similar purposes…can be on the property owner’s property, but must be on an improved surface. Recreational vehicles cannot, however, be parked on the street for longer than 72 hours. Additionally, if this is a possible deed restriction violation, please contact your HOA. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer found no violation at the time of inspection.
