Description

Caller reported that the tenants here have not put either their garbage or recycling out for collection for weeks. The cans are attracting hoards of flies. The caller spoke with one of the tenants, who said that he has not lived there very long and didn't know the collection rules. There apparently is a sticker on the garbage can from sanitation that they cannot collect it for a list of reasons.
