    Sandstone Park - College Station
In Emerald Forest, Sandstone Drive as well as Sebesta Road seem to be referred to as the "cut through". The speed limit is clearly posted at 35mph in several places. Rarely will you see a car traveling at 35mph. Most cars are speeding at about 55, 65, and even 75mph. Something needs to be done to slow everyone down. I assume Foxfire would agree if asked. There is a PARK/PLAYGROUND on Sebesta. People walk, run, bike in this neighborhood!!! Perhaps a flashing speed sign or Police with radar guns are needed.

  • 1301-1595 Graham Rd College Station, TX, 77845, USA - College Station
I believe this tree is a honey locus tree low overhang on public crosswalk and bike path. Tree contains 1"-2" thorns that can cause minor injuries to pedestrians and bicyclists. Location is about 200 yards northeast of the corner of Glenna and Graham Rd.

This is a problem with the drainage culvert under Deacon Drive between 3000 Cochise Court and 3001 Aztec Street.

During the recent rains, a wooden pallet was washed into the culvert under Deacon Drive. It is probably the reason why the water flowed over Deacon Drive at this location. If the pallet is still there during the next heavy rain storm, it will cause more drainage/flooding problems.

  • Water Meter IssueAcknowledged
4725 Pearl River Ct College Station, Texas, 77845 - College Station
Please see attached photo. I reported this safety issue to our HOA. The water meter is sunk into the sidewalk which is cracked. I was afraid someone would trip on it. After reporting to the HOA, the city came out and replaced the two plates with a single large plate but it is still sunken in and is still a safety hazard. HOA informed me that the city needs to correct this and replace the cracked sidewalk and the sunken water meter. Please advise when this can be done. Also, it would be helpful if the city would put up a hazard cone to alert residents who frequently walk their dogs on our sidewalks. Please email me at dkmiecikg0824@gmail.com of your plans and timeline for resolution. Thanks so much.
  • Pebble Creek Pkwy College Station, TX, 77845, USA - College Station
There are several fire hydrants throughout Pebble Creek that are in need of repainting. It is hard to tell if they are supposed to be white or red due to the faded and chipped paint. Could all of the fire hydrants in the neighborhood be evaluated for repainting? Thanks!

This looks like communication cables. They need to be secured above so they aren't causing a hazard to people using the sidewalk
  • Crossing guardAcknowledged
A&M Consolidated High School - South Knoll Neighborhood Plan
The crossing guard at a&m consol highschool is causing MAJOR traffic jams. Instead of waiting for multiple cars to go to keep the flow of traffic and have multiple kids cross at once, he is stepping out after 1 or 2 cars for only 1 or 2 kids, as opposed to seeing multiple children approaching and waiting for them so that multiple cars may go and clear the blockage on the road.
  • 4730 Stonebriar Cir College Station, Texas, 77845 - Pebble Creek Garden
A water meter in the front yard area of 4730 Stonebriar Circle is missing part of the cover, creating a safety hazard. Could the meter cover be repaired or replaced? This was also reported to the Water Department on their 855 number.
