    There is a manhole in front of 48-50 Clifton Street that every single blow gets caught on during the winter, which creates a loud bang at all hours of the night. The manhole is raised approximately 3/4". Can this manhole be reworked to avoid this problem or some other measure taken to alleviate plows banging into this thing?

    Over the last several weeks, I've noticed that the trash and compost pickup crews on Clifton Street have been carelessly tossing the emptied bins back to the curb. The bins are all over the place, sometimes in the street, blocking driveways, and blocking sidewalks.
