This is a citywide problem. To make matters worse, people who show up to their stop after the bus has already left have no way to tell if they should wait for the next bus, or if their bus is simply running a couple minutes late (given the unpredictability of pickups, running 2-3 minutes late is normal and is to be expected). A GPS system could significantly help with this.
Although the CT Transit schedule says to arrive five minutes early, they really should try to stick to the schedule and not leave stops early.
