Welcome to New Haven- every street is like that. They do it on purpose so that we can waste more money on gas and car repairs and also help to keep pollution levels unhealthy. This helps to keep people and industry from coming into town. Although 9 million was given in a government grant to help with light timing to alleviate this issue.We recently closed a highway too, all this helps to keep us poor and outsiders from coming into town. also helps to keep local businesses from succeeding- all part of Yale's Plan. Just stop wherever you want like Yale Transit and block traffic- its fun.or just blow the lights like everyone else does. This is exactly why most drivers in New Haven do not obey traffic laws and drive over the speed limit. Is it making sense?? Too bad those in charge could care less. IF NYC CAN GET IT RIGHT WHY CANT NEW HAVEN ???
