Description
A little pocket of land at corner of Union and Chapel has been transformed by neighborhood volunteers from blight into a little garden.
If you walk by and can pour some water on one of the plants when you pass, it will help a lot to get them established.
Even if you just save the cup from your morning coffee, fill it up before you leave the house or work, and water one plant with it on your way by, you will be making a big difference.

Also wanted to say that three of us from SeeClickFix had an impromptu meeting at this little greenspace yesterday. We never would have thought of hanging out there previously.

Ken, I think there's a fee for that or something?
I believe that watering truck is from Parks or LCI. If this spot was to be added to the Downtown Special Services district watering route, which I am assuming is paid for by the merchants who pay into that group (accurate?), then the cost would likely go up.

I currently water the new trees along Chapel along the Comcast building. I get my water from an arrangement I have with Firestone. I will get out the hose out today and water the area and will keep an eye on it in the future
