A. There are an excessive amount of vehicles parking in all directions/against the flow of traffic on Spruce St making it nearly impassible most days. There have been multiple near accidents as cars and delivery trucks will fly by and try to squeeze through a narrow roadway. It is unsafe with lots of children playing in the neighborhood. It is particularly bad near the intersection of Spruce and Poplar St. (62 and 66 Spruce St)
