Q. Please describe the issue
A. The woman in this home has 4 small dogs that bark incessantly. She lets them out everytime the dog in the adjacent yard comes out. She is also operating some type of small kennel of sorts. People come and leave their dogs with her in addition to her own dogs being there. Its inconsiderate in such a nice neighborhood. She does absolutely nothing to deter them from barking.
