Description

Empty lot after 20 sunflower ave is overgrown as well as the side after 21 sunflower. It is a haven for ticks as well as trash. When it is kept up we are able to pick up the trash . The grass is over 4ft tall and the overgrowth is starting to grow onto the street. I believe it is the property of the Elks.
