Q. Please provide details for your request
A. The residents of 44 Mellen St consistently generate nuisance noise that is extremely hard to take. Today (9/11/21), their dogs have been barking for six hours and are still going. This has happened many times before - in fact, it’s not even the first time this week. In the past, they’ve also had roosters that crowed constantly for the entire day and left diesel engines running all night long. Given the levels of physical stress symptoms this produces, I can now understand why continuous irritating noise is used as a torture method. Another neighbor has gone to talk to them about it more than once, which has not fixed the problem.
